Shipping policy

At 210 ORBIT, we offer made-to-order / print-on-demand products and manufactured pieces sold as preorders. Processing and dispatch timing depend on the product type.

MADE-TO-ORDER / PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Made-to-order / print-on-demand items require 2–7 business days for production before they are shipped. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin production the next business day.

MANUFACTURED PREORDERS

Manufactured preorders follow the estimated dispatch window provided for the individual product or release. The 2–7 business day POD production estimate does not apply to manufactured preorders. Dispatch estimates describe when an item is expected to ship, not when it will arrive.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

United States:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Made-to-order / print-on-demand total estimated delivery: 5–14 business days, including production
- Manufactured preorders: allow shipping transit time after the product’s estimated dispatch window.

Shipping rates, when applicable, are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@210orbit.com. We will investigate the shipment and provide next steps within 1–2 business days.
