At 210 Orbit, every order is made specifically for you after your purchase. This made-to-order process reduces waste and allows us to focus on producing premium-quality apparel.
Please review our policy below before placing your order.
Returns
Because our products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- Color or design preference after the order has been placed
Please review the product description and size guide carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchanges
We understand that sizing can sometimes be difficult.
If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- Returned with original packaging whenever possible
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
After review, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders begin production shortly after they are placed, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 2 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
